Checking publishing…
Command centre
This screen isn’t built yet
The command centre pulls the whole module into one view — what is waiting, what went out, and what the agent suggests next. It arrives in a later build.
Analytics
This screen isn’t built yet
Reach, engagement and what each post did for the shop. Nothing has been published from here yet, so there is nothing to measure — this arrives once posting is real.
Trend capture
This screen isn’t built yet
What is moving on each platform, and which of it is worth a post. It arrives in a later build.
AI strategist
This screen isn’t built yet
A longer view than one post at a time — what to say this month and why. It arrives in a later build.
Teach the agent
This screen isn’t built yet
Tell the agent in plain English what to do differently. Every rejection you write a reason for is already being kept for it — this screen is where that gets used.
Studio
You can see the Social module but not create content. Writing posts needs the “Social Media — Create & Settings” permission. Ask an admin in Users & Access.

Pick a direction, the agent proposes concepts, you take the one you like and shape it.
What kind of post?
Pick a direction. You can add specifics underneath if you have something particular in mind.
Typing here doesn’t use any of your hourly allowance — only the button below does.

Everything you have writtenCalendar
Scheduled posts, in UK time. Dashed slots are quiet windows with nothing booked in. Drag a post to a different day to move it — nothing is published, this is a plan.

How posting works
Approval pendingPosts will go out through our own integration with each platform rather than through a third-party publishing service. That decision is made and the module is built around it.
What is outstanding is each platform’s own approval of the app. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube each review an application before it may post on a business’s behalf, and that review takes weeks rather than days. Until a platform approves us, its account here can be connected and planned against but nothing will publish to it.
Nothing else in the module changes when approval lands — the drafting, the calendar and the approvals queue all work the same either way.
Approvals
Nothing goes out until somebody approves it. Reject with a reason and it is kept for the agent to learn from.
Settings
Every moving part has an off switch, and off is the safe position.
Switches
Off is the safe positionAutomatic posting by post type
One day you may want a routine post — a restock alert, say — to go out without anyone reading it first. This is where you would say so, one kind of post at a time rather than all or nothing.
These do nothing yet. Every post still waits for a person to approve it, whatever these say. They are here so that turning one on later is a switch rather than a rebuild.
What works on this server
Each feature checks its own dependency as it is used. Anything marked not available is a statement of how this server is set up today — not a fault, and not something you need to fix to use the rest.

Brand voice
How the brand sounds — tone, phrasing, what to lean into.
One phrase per line. These are never written, in any post.
Leave blank for no cap. Zero means stop spending.
You can see these settings but not change them. Changing them needs the “Social Media — Create & Settings” permission.
Who can do what
Posting publicly as Repark is its own permission, granted separately from writing drafts — so the person who writes a post is not automatically the person who lets it out.
