These terms of use govern your access to and use of this site. They do not govern the purchase of products — see section 3.

We sell products through online marketplaces — including Amazon, eBay, Temu, TikTok Shop, Shopify and B&Q — and, where offered, through our own online store. Any purchase is governed by the terms presented at the point of sale (the marketplace’s or store’s terms of sale), not by these terms of use.
04Changes to these terms and the site
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version and effective date at the top of this page show when they last changed; please check them each time you use the site, as the version in force when you use the site will apply. We may also update, change or remove content on the site at any time.
05Availability of the site
The site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that it, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business or operational reasons. You are responsible for making the arrangements necessary to access the site, and for ensuring that anyone who accesses it through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.
06Restricted areas and accounts
Certain areas of this site — including the Repark RMS order-management platform — are restricted to our authorised staff and require login credentials. If you have been issued credentials, they are personal to you: you must keep them confidential, must not share them, and must tell us immediately if you believe they have been compromised.
You must not attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation, or to bypass or test any security measure protecting them. Unauthorised access to computer systems may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990; we will report any such attempt to the relevant authorities and cooperate with them, including by disclosing your identity where we are required to.
07Intellectual property
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the site and the material published on it, unless otherwise indicated. Those works are protected by copyright and other laws, and all such rights are reserved.
You may view the site, and may print or download extracts for your personal reference. You must not modify any materials you have printed or downloaded, and you must not use any part of the site’s content for commercial purposes without a written licence from us. The Repark and G4GADGET names and branding must not be used without our prior written approval. Marketplace names, logos and product imagery belong to their respective owners.
08Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:
- Introduce viruses, malware or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is hosted, or any database or system connected to it.
- Attack the site via a denial-of-service attack or otherwise interfere with its proper working.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the site without our prior written consent.
- Impersonate Repark, our staff or any other person, or use the site in connection with any fraudulent activity.
Breaching this section may constitute a criminal offence, which we will report to the relevant authorities, and will result in your right to use the site ending immediately.

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep it up to date, we make no representations or warranties that it is accurate, complete or current, and it is not advice on which you should rely. Where a product is listed for sale on a marketplace, the details in that marketplace listing govern that listing.
